• You identify with the work of Global New Generation and have a strong affinity for the topics of discrimination-sensitive education and sustainability.
• You are communicative, open, and enjoy working with children and young people from diverse backgrounds. 
• You are reliable, respectful, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are a trained sound engineer or have many years of professional experience and master at least one instrument so well that you can teach beginners. 
• You're also very familiar with live performances and stage shows.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for working with children in our media workshop.
• You develop beats together with children and young people.
• You record children and teenagers, mix the audio tracks, and prepare everything for mastering.
• You lead the children onto the stage together with the team and support their performances.
• You support the team's transcultural educational mission and actively contribute to the team.
