From Cameroon to Germany
Endale lives in the small village of Naikom, in the state of Bamenda, in the English-speaking part of Cameroon.
Endale dreams of becoming a tram driver in Berlin.
Endale is very good at school and so she is allowed to attend the secondary school in Yaoundé. There, too, she works so hard that she is able to fulfill her dream.
She receives a scholarship and is allowed to study in Germany. There, she becomes Berlin's first Black tram driver.
