We consider Discrimination is a societal process, as it affects not only individual actions but also deeply rooted social structures, norms, and institutions.

For this reason, we work in a "Brave Space". 

A Brave Space enables the honest exchange of diverse opinions, perspectives, and challenges.
„"Brave Space" emphasizes the importance of engaging in uncomfortable conversations to foster understanding and growth. At the same time, care is taken to avoid discriminating against or hurting anyone. 

To enable a Brave Space, the team has established rules that are regularly evaluated and adapted.
